Q: What are the check-in and check-out times at the hotel?
A: You can check in from 2 pm. Check-out is before 12 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact our reception for further assistance.
Q: Is breakfast included in the room rate?
A: A delicious continental breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 9:30am in our on-site restaurant. On weekends from 7:00 to 10:00 am. It is included in B&B bookings. However, it can be added for an extra charge of €12.90 per person.
Our breakfast buffet offers a variety of fresh, local ingredients, including pastries, fruit, eggs and coffee. If you have any dietary restrictions or preferences, please let our staff know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Q: Does the hotel accept pets?
A: Yes, our hotel welcomes pets. There is a small charge per pet, per night. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet.
Q: Is there on-site parking available?
A: The hotel has free outdoor parking and indoor parking for a fee.
Q: Can I request an extra bed or cot in my room?
A: Extra beds and cots are available on request and are subject to availability. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require an extra bed or cot. Additional charges may apply.
Q: Do you offer airport transfer services?
A: Yes, we can arrange airport transfers for you. However, we will charge you a fee, which we will inform you about at the time. Just ask the reception staff and we will give you all the information. In addition to the airport shuttle service, we offer a private chauffeur service for any transfers and destinations.
Q: What services are available in the room?
A: Our rooms are designed to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, safe, air conditioning and heating. In addition, we offer our guests a variety of amenities including fresh bed linen and towels, toiletries, a hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. We want you to feel at home during your stay with us, so if there is anything else you need, please do not hesitate to let our staff know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Q: Is there a gym or fitness centre on site?
A: Yes, there is a fully-equipped fitness centre just a few metres from our property available to our guests. The fitness centre has modern sports equipment such as treadmills, elliptical machines and weights to help you maintain your fitness routine during your stay. It is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm. Whether you want to relax after a long day of meetings or simply maintain your fitness regime while on holiday, the SP40 fitness centre is there to help you reach your goals.
Q: Is there a swimming pool on site?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have an on-site swimming pool. However, we do offer a variety of other services to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Our 24-hour reception staff can provide advice on nearby public pools or other water activities in the area. In addition, we offer a fitness centre, an affiliated Roadhouse restaurant a few metres away, and other services to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our staff, who are always available to assist you.
Q: I need help with the pillow in the room. It is too flat, I need another one. Is there anything you can do?
A: Absolutely! Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible and we are happy to provide additional pillows upon request. Please contact our reception or housekeeping staff and they will promptly assist you in obtaining an extra pillow or any other service you may require.
Q: Are the rooms air-conditioned?
A: Yes, all rooms have air conditioning, which is individually/centrally controlled. Should you have special needs for adjustment, due to personal requirements, please do not hesitate to ask at reception.
Q: I am very conscious of eco-friendly issues. Do you have an internal policy to save money or do you have any suggestions that I can follow to have a smaller impact on the environment?
A: Yes, although our cleaning and towel-change service is exemplary and efficient, we suggest the following.
– Reuse the towels provided. You probably don’t change your towels every day at home either. Help us pollute less.
– Turn off the taps when you don’t need running water
– Don’t overdo the air conditioning, also to protect your health.
– Adjust the room temperature so that it is a few degrees higher or lower than outside.
– Close windows when the air-conditioning is in operation.
– Unplug devices once charging is complete.
– Do not leave chargers plugged into sockets.
Q: Is it better to book from your website or from an online booking portal, such as Booking or Expedia?
A: We recommend booking from our site, for the following reasons.
– You have access to exclusive offers and rates.
– Booking is easy and secure, because our booking system is certified for secure transactions and offers guarantees of confidentiality and anti-fraud security.
– You will have the opportunity to get to know our staff, who are made up of real people who go the extra mile for our guests. Thus, when you arrive at the hotel, you will begin to recognise their voices and get used to talking to us and clarifying any problems that may occur in the hotel.
– If you contact us via our website, not only will you not incur any additional charges, but it is quite likely that we will be able to come to you with more favourable rates, as booking portals normally retain a percentage.
Q: What kind of payments do you accept?
A: We accept cash, debit and Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.
Q: What are the cancellation terms?
A: When booking on our website, bookings can be cancelled without penalty until 16:00 on the day of arrival. After this deadline, the amount of the first night will be charged. For the non-refundable rate the charge is immediate at the time of booking and without any refund for cancellations, changes or no shows. This is because non-refundable rates are generally lower and discounted and therefore do not benefit from the cancellation option.
Q: If I come with children, do they get a discount?
A: In our hotel, discounts or free stays for children depend on the type of room:
Discounts for children in the third/fourth bed in the room with 2 adults: 0-12 years FREE.
Discounts for children in the third/fourth bed in a suite or family room with 2 adults: 0-12 years FREE; 12-18 years -50%.
Discount for a child in the room with 1 adult: 0-12 years -20%.
Q: Do you have a charging station for electric vehicles?
A: Certainly. Our hotel, within the car park, has several charging stations for electric vehicles available to all our guests.
