What are the check-in and check-out times of the hotel?

In all AN Hotels you can check in from early afternoon. Check-out, on the other
hand, is by the end of the morning. Please review your reservation details to find out the
exact times for the AN Hotel where you will be staying and all related services. Early
check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Some types of rates include breakfast. Find all the details and various options in the

Customer’s choice whether to include breakfast or not, resulting in a rate change.

At AN Hotels, the breakfast buffet is always very rich and offers a variety of fresh and local

Is the hotel pet-friendly?

Yes, AN Hotels welcome your pets. There is a small surcharge, per night. Please inform

Is parking available?

All AN Hotels have parking reserved for Customers, free of charge and guarded, with
the exception of AN Hotel Dépedance Milano Melegnano.

Can I request an extra bed or crib in my room?

Extra beds and cribs are available upon request and are subject to availability. Please
inform us at the time of booking if you require an extra bed or crib. Additional charges
may apply.

I need help about the pillow in my room. It is too flat, I need another one. Is there
anything you can do?tro. Potete fare qualcosa?

Absolutely! Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible and we are happy
to provide additional pillows upon request. Please contact our front desk or housekeeping
staff and they will assist you promptly in obtaining an additional pillow or any other service
you may need.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?

Yes, all rooms have air conditioning, independently/centrally adjustable. Should you
have special needs for adjustment, due to personal requirements, please feel free to ask
at the front desk.

I am very aware of eco-sustainability issues. Do you have an internal policy of
saving money or do you have any suggestions for less environmental impact?

Yes, although our cleaning and towel changing service is exemplary and efficient, we
suggest the following:

 Reuse the supplied towels. You probably don’t change towels every day in your
home either. Help us to pollute less.

 Turn off taps when don’t need running water.

 Don’t overdo the air conditioning, also to protect your health.

Adjust the room temperature so that it is a few degrees higher or lower than the
outside temperature.

Close windows when air conditioning is running.

Disconnect the devices once charging is complete.

Do not leave chargers plugged into sockets.

Is it better to book on your website or from an online booking portal, such as Booking or Expedia?

What are the terms of cancellation?

By booking on our AN Hotels website, reservations can be cancelled without penalty
until 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. After that time the amount of the first night will be
charged. For the non-refundable rate, the charge is immediate at the time of booking and
with no refund for cancellations, changes or no shows. This is because non-refundable
rates are generally lower and discounted and therefore do not take advantage of the
cancellation option.

If I come with the children, will they get a discount?

In AN Hotels, the discount or free stays for children depend on type of room. Please
