Armonia and Veg Festival at the Castle of Belgioioso
Wellness weekend at the Castle of Belgioioso
The Castle of Belgioioso, nestled in the picturesque province of Pavia, is preparing to host an extraordinary event dedicated to wellness and awareness. On 14th and 15th September 2024, this fascinating manor will host the 19th edition of ‘Harmony – Proposals for Wellbeing’ and the 5th edition of the ‘Belgioioso Veg Festival’.
This weekend promises to be a unique experience for those wishing to explore holistic disciplines and embrace a healthy, sustainable lifestyle in an unparalleled historical and natural setting.
Armonia Festival: a journey through fascinating holistic disciplines
The Armonia Festival event offers an unmissable opportunity to immerse oneself in holistic practices ranging from reiki to shiatsu, from ayurveda to foot and facial reflexology. Participants will have the chance to experience personalised treatments in a relaxing environment, with the aim of feeling listened to and cared for. This year, the event will be enriched with new proposals and free workshops, with areas dedicated to mothers and children for an integrated approach to family wellness. This edition promises to offer an even more complete and engaging experience, with special attention to the needs of each participant.
Belgioioso Veg Festival: for a philosophy of conscious living
In parallel, the ‘Belgioioso Veg Festival’ invites visitors to discover vegetarian and vegan cuisine, exploring new flavours and reflecting on more ethical and sustainable food choices. The festival’s philosophy goes beyond food, promoting a lifestyle approach based on knowledge and respect for the natural world and animals. Participants will have the opportunity to attend lectures and meetings that explore topics related to sustainability and food ethics, enriching their experience with new perspectives and ideas.
Special activities: Tai Chi and Oceanic Bodywork® Aqua
Among the weekend’s unmissable activities is the eighth edition of the ITCCA Camp, dedicated to Tai Chi. Teachers and students will gather in the Castle grounds to explore this internal style of martial arts, which combines fluid movements and meditation. In addition, the pool area will host sessions of Oceanic Bodywork® Aqua, a relaxation technique in warm water, particularly suitable for those in need of deep relaxation. These activities offer a unique opportunity for deep connection with one’s body and mind, in a serene and welcoming environment.
